i5 6600k OC problem

I having a problem to overclock my i5 6600k to 4.2 Ghz.
My current setup is:
- Asus Maximus viii Ranger
- i5 6600k
- EVGA GTX 980 SC
- cooler master silent pro m2 720w

So i did the following steps like seen in the video of Wendell:
- Update Bios
- Set Sync all cores to 42
- Set voltage adaptive mode, +, 1.25V

When i save the changes and go to windows i see the following:

So the problem is it's not going higher then multiplier "x33".
Any advice?

I did disable intel speed step and turbo but still no succes.
