i5 4690k overclocking

Ok so i bought an i5 4690k and a hyper 212, i have it running stable @ 4.4ghz @ 1.190V, is that any good. Temps idle in the high twenties, and load is about 69ish, i dont have a GPU currently but im thinking an r9 380x. The case i own is a h440, will the addition of the 380x/290x increase my processors temperatures a lot?

That's quite good, actually. Your case should have plenty of airflow for basically whatever GPU setup you want. It shouldn't increase your CPU temps a whole lot, if at all. It depends on what sort of cooler you've got on the card. A blower style cooler sucks in air from the case and exhausts it through the back. One of the aftermarket coolers, like the Windforce, will keep a lot of that warm air circulating in your case and may increase temps marginally. It's not something you should really have to worry about.

thanks for the info mate :) ill be getting something of an MSI variant as my build is red and black and i already have an MSI board :P

yup that temp is fine. Mine is 4.5 GHz at 1.2 V, and it idles at room temp. Sometimes I can push mine to 4.7 GHz @ 1.3 V.

I just want to add to your statement, you can easily get an i5 to 4.5 @1.2v but I would suggest 1.23v because while stable and intel burn test saying its stable I do find I have crashes in games sensitive to overclocking.
