Hi guys,I have an intel i5 4670k,asus gtx 770 dcu 2,asus z87-k mobo,wd caviar blue 1 tb hdd, corsair vengeance 8gb single channel memory.I have SeaSonic S12II 620 Bronze 620W ATX12V V2.3 / EPS 12V V2.91 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Active PFC Power Supply. My comp has crashed a few times and i said the asus 5x protection cpu undervolt has been detected and it shuts down my pc.So,is psu not compatable with my processor?should i disable c6 and c7 in my bios?? or go for a "Haswell" certified psu?.Also can upgrade my gpu to gtx 780ti or r9-290/x later with my current psu?.Thanks in advance .
that is more then enough power for your system even if you did upgrade though i would say wait if you already have a gtx 770. idk bout the power problem. i have a none haswell cert. psu and i havent had any issues with my mobo or chip.
Do try disabling the C6/C7 or whatever Haswell's low power idle states are.
Ok..but im unable to disable my idle states as they are modifiable.
