i5 3570k Overclocking Stability

Whats up, new to the forum but have been following along with the world of tek syndicate. Ive had my rig for quite some time now, and recently i have upgraded from stock cooling to a 2013 corsair h60. And of Course i went straight for the overclock. Im still learing when it comes to overclocking and i got a few questions.
Right now she is at 4.5 with a voltage of  1.344, and that is what it takes for me to get it stable at 75c.
Anytime i push past 4.5, i begin to have issues with BSOD's and i cant seem to get my voltage right, I was trying to push my voltage up, but crashes. I just wanted to know what you think, and the voltage i should try to push it to.
Thanks =P

im running 4.2 on 1.20v. and im @ 60*~ at 100% load, but im on a hyper 212 (with 2 fans).

yeah mine is 75 at full load but, i cant get it up anymore, its fighting back lol

How far could a 3570k go with a H100i?

I just installed a h60 last night so I will be interested to see if anyone has some tips. I tried this tutorial last night but couldnt get windows to boot.
