  • Lose the 1866 memory, go to the 1600 unless you are using the IGPU, which you are not. and I doubt it will be benefitial due to your motheroard.
  • Spend the saved $5-10 on a better psu.

Yes, apart from that, it will work.

Can someone suggest a cheaper motherboard and get me a better psu.
