i3 3220 vs i5 3570k?

Would it be worth the money to go ahead and get a 3570k? Im just gonna be gaming and watching youtube and stuff like that not rendering and stuff. Would this be able to run Arma 3, Battlefield 3, Far Cry 3 and Skyrim at High-Ultra at 1368x768 if so what FPS?

Probaly about $700-$950. $950 Being the max i was looking to keep it in the $800's.

Much better for $30 more!
