Any budget in mind? Country?

Looking at your build, it's not really bad at all. For a budget less than $400:

I'd say a new graphics card would probably be the most beneficial for the gaming portion of what you want to do. The HD 7790 is simply not powerful by today's standards. I believe there's a Sapphire R9 280X on Newegg right now for about $200, R9 290/290X's can be had for about $300 I think.

An SSD is always a nice upgrade. Makes loading things so much faster. I actually ran some tests the other day between an SSD and a regular hard drive in Skyrim, and the SSD took about 1/2 to 1/4 as long to load stuff than the regular hard drive.

For the YouTube/streaming part, you're probably going to want a decent microphone. You can get something like a Modmic for $45 which is sufficient for streaming, or you could get something like a Blue Yeti or Audio Technica AT2020USB for a nicer, semi-professional sound for around $100. I believe Logan uses the AT2020 Plus.

I would agree with wiemerimer. Just upgrade the graphics card and add an SSD and call it a day.

I got my Audio Technica AT2020 XLR (for free) with a blue Icicle ($50) and it's awesome and still kicking after 2 years of using this combo. Just buy a shock mount and stand for it and you'll have a very nice youtube/streaming setup.

thanks that looks like a good deal! I dont really have a budget and am looking to make some pretty large upgrades so is there any better things/graphics card i could get?

Thanks again!

I think an R9 280X or GTX 970 is about as fast as you really going to get before the CPU might become the limiting factor. Once you get to GTX 980 and R9 290/290X cards you're going to want to look into switching to an Intel system.

So for about $400 I'd suggest a 280X, 240GB SSD, and the AT2020USB for a nice, solid upgrade that's not too crazy.

If you want to go balls to the wall, an i5 4690K, some sorta Z97 board, GTX980, 240 GB SSD, and mic of choice would a very large increase in performance.
