    The part list http://pcpartpicker.com/p/htNxJx
    Thank you for helping.
hey guys i'm sorry for the post looking like it was advertisement it wasn't my friend who told me about this forum said that is i wanted a certain case that i should ask for it.

I don't think that a screen with 16" - 20" and 720p will help you in reducing the price of the whole system.
Take a look at craigslist, ebay or ask some friends whether they know someone who would like to sell a decent 1080p monitor. (In Germany I can get them for around 70-80$)

ok thanks

Rest of the config seems quite tricky to me as well. I tried using a i3 6XXX and even without you copy of windows and without a graphics card, i am getting close to 500€.

http://pcpartpicker.com/p/WKzh6h (DDR4 is unnecessary, but useful in terms of upgradability)

A cheaper approach could be done using those cheap amd fm2 cpus/apus, but 60fps with mid graphics on 1080p with that approach doesn't sound that realistic to me.

I would suggest to (again) look on craigslist / ebay for used setups that fit your price range.

If you insist on using that case, you can always move your components to that case, which might be a good idea anyway because used cases often look quite .... used

Doing this from my phone, but still..
500$ with monitor, I got thee -Freesync.
With DX12 multiGPU, you can add whatever GPU later on... For now you can play whatever games on smooth (not high) framerate because of the Freesinc..

Why would you want to do that to yourself?

Here, includes a much better more standard 1080p IPS display.

If you want to save on your display look around craigslist for CRTs, preferably 1600x1200 75Hz ones, they'll be pretty nice for gaming

Too low end a mothboard, sub par PSU, and a TN display, no one should have to live with a TN display

while I'll have to admit the mother board is a bit shite, if hes not going to overclock then he should be completely fine, but the PSU being sub par? I'm not sure I could have found anything better at that price. The Corsair CX 600 has always been a favorite for builders.
And hey bud this is a low budget oriented system TN is going to be fine and I doubt he will notice a difference, except the cost and besides I have a 4k TN panel They're fine if youre not doing work on them that requires persistence color accuracy

The 8 core CPUs use a fair amount of power that would cause a low end board to possibly die, at worst catch fire.

Maybe if you like it when your eyes bleed.

Also they aren't bad, just not good exactly, even like the 500B/600B from EVGA would be better

TN isn't that bad...
I, for example, am willing to trade TN for Freesync... Nowadays TN is not like 3-4 years ago TN. AOC, especially in their gaming line are doing some improvements for less eyestrain, etc...
Stop demonizing TN...
With the current prices of IPS and VA, it is a crime to not go with one of those, but still...
The only reason I recommend TN is because of the Freesinc...

But is that 144hz TN? that's the only place it would really be worth it

Looks like we have a winner.

The insane option, although it's a bit over budget

Everything has been disregarded for putting it all towards the 144hz free-sync display for gaming, I'm pretty sure the 360 supports free-sync

Just about the best and only AM3+ budget board anyone should be getting is here, it's an ASrock 970 board for $70 that has great power delivery and USB 3.1 with M.2 support

I have heard, that this monitor is causing some issues,...
On top of that, I am not sure 360 supports freesync.

Is there any way to do this with a nvidia CPU? I forgot to mention that earlier. But if that would make it worse then never mind.

Nvidia makes GPU's not CPU's.
