I saw The Good Dinosaur. I liked the typical Disney tearjerker tale.
The visuals kept me asking "What if Skyrim looked this nice?"
I think PIXAR was playing a sly joke by creating a nature film with artificial means.
It's worth checking out just for the hyper-real CGI.
They have massive render farms. And even then it takes hours if not days to render out a single frame.

There is a mod of Skyrim that makes it look like that it was made with the Ice Age graphics. It is based of the Super low graphics what it name mod.
Was just dreaming of a day when that can be done real time.
Imagine if Nvidia / AMD/ Vulcan licensed some rendering code from PIXAR to mix into an everyday driver. Or if we could have cloud rendering assistance from PIXAR render farms. That could be nice.
