I was thinking about starting buying parts for my new build but

Because i dont think im going to have the budget i wanted i was thinking of buying parts one at a time. But i cant decide if i want to buy cheaper parts so i can have a useable pc right away or spend more and buy the higher quality parts i really want.

I think tis better to build something that you 100% want, you dont wanna blow your $ on something that's...meh.
