I want to build the cheapest 60% Keyboard so nothing fancy like LED's, or n-key rollover. I already found a PCB but I want to make sure it's actually a good investment.
I'm thinking knockoff MX switches nothing special just something that will last pretty long. Something like Outemu. I'm thinking one pack each of black , brown, and red. Three packs of blue switches. The GH60 needs 61 keys(weird name I know) so for the windows key I want to find a single switch with a 70 to 75g actuation force. I'm going to 3D print a case(paint swirl dip it) and probably get a cheap metal plate or make one. I don't really care about key cap materials but I will probably buy the cheapest abs caps maybe pbt if there is a good drop in a couple of months. Or 3D print them out of metal filament.
I'm probably not going to buy any parts anytime soon just as a proof of concept.
