Some of the shots are pretty nice. I don't understand the first photo where you took of shot of everything with a pole in the way. Also about the phone not taking great pics well taking any pics seems to be therapeutic for many and as long as you can capture special moments that is all that matters. I honestly wish I would have prioritized a camera in my life a very long time ago.
really I just liked the color pallette. I plan on severely editing that. Just for the sky colors as a BG.

I do too. I am not being mean but trying to give some helpful tips.
If you took your time to walk forward 10 meters and held the phone steady the picture would have been truly epic without editing. Most of your shots of the sky are great.
The photo of the skate park really bugs me, so close! The front edge of the ramp shows the camera was not straight and level. Look for things like poles and buildings to line up with the sides of the view finder.
The photo is a bit dark because the auto-focus picked up the sun behind the cloud. Tap the screen on the subject or a darker area near the subject and the light sensor will focus there.
Hope you don't mind: Lightened, rotated, cropped.
Experiment with taking shots that are off center. Centered photos are dull. There is something called 'The rule of thirds'. If you place your subject near the red crosses, the composition of your photos may be more interesting. Your last photo (Excellent!) of the muddy road has the mailbox in the perfect position. Photo 9 with the dark tree is cool too.
Last tip: I always take 3 or 4 shots of the same thing. Because I know I will screw up the first one and get better with practice. Then I can pick the best photo when I get home.

Actually the camera was level, the park isn't. I fell like 10 times because the city put the damn thing on a pipe and its a giant point.
I edited it to look like it actually does and I'm slightly happy with that.
