I thought this intresting, 3wave Halflife mod now works

What was a old Valve leak that was unplayable is now working. 3wave was a mod for quake that I guess started the CTF craze. The mod creator now works at Valve and back when HL2 was being leaked there was a leak of what was said to be Gabes custom version of HL with a folder named 3wave. It was unplayable but now the youtuber Valve News Network, with help from a programmer named PistonMiner, has got it working and is available to download, link in the videos youtube description.

Though it was cool and thought I'd share, I wasn't playing computer games when quake was out so I missed out on 3wave. If anyone has experience playing the old quake mod please share, love to hear about it, and maybe this HL mod with bring some memories of the good old days.

I was linked this outside the forums and linked it to sine more if the users in discord. This is really cool after all this time getting it working and releasing it. I always like when unreleased and unfinished game get to be seen and played if possible.

I will say I look forward to trying this but then it will just stay at the far back of my backlog 4 life of games. :S
