Like I had said on a very similar thread post, computer component prices fluxuate constantly and usually become obsolete fairly quickly. Also, this time of year, things are a lot cheaper than normal *cough* Christmas *cough*
It's a $650 machine and the 570 still has comperatively great power for the price, it's only a generation old and there have been no acutal changes to anything that would make it obsolete.
fine i'd like to see what you all would build with $650 bucks, and a 570 even though a gen old would do fine it is a better price to performance then the 600 series
ya i guess its juust i got into the whole teksyndecate about 2 weeks ago i saw his vid and i out did it and i see what you mean yesterday the psu was 60 now its 90 so ya the prices of things do fluctuate, and at the time 60 bucks for a modular 80 plus bronze 6 to 700w psu was a great price
Puhlease The 660 outperforms the 580 and its the same price as the 570 you listed... Then the 7870 has about the same performance (maybe a little less) but the overclocking capabilities totally out weigh that.
the 660 does not out perforem the 580 look at any decint persons benchmarks and the 580 is better then the 660 and on newegg there is only one 660 that is 200 the ZOTAC ZT-60901-10M GTX 660
