Long story short I thought I had a micro atx mobo so I put the standoffs in the correct yet incorrect holes. Will everything be fine or will I have to remove it and add those extra screws?
I thought those hex screws/holes were pretty much universal.
I have no clue how you mix up micro ATX from ATX, kinda obvious difference. But I would remove the board and add the extra three screws in just to be safe. Don't want the board flopping around in there.
You'll probably be fine, but honestly, it wouldn't take much to remove the mobo and toss in a few more stand-offs. If you've taken the time to build a PC, why not do it right, eh?
