I want to know if the monitor in this build is good or can you suggest others. I also want to know what is the best apspect ratio to game on.

just ask yourself:
Performance or Looks?
(high resolution and ips or TN and 1080p
Really mate that monitor will be fine to game on and will be great to watch movies on aswell. I personally choose looks over 1ms performance but that's because i don't notice the benefits but at the end of the day its up to personal choice like jezza said above
