I plan to make a computer so I can game comfortably and record comfortably. I usually edit on this as well so I was wondering if this build would be good for gaming at at least high settings and editing. Am I getting parts that can be compared to a better part for a better price? and will I have a silent experience since I am going to using his for youtube. Thank you

Get an FX-8350 CPU. FX chips are overclock gods and the 8 cores the 8350 has will help with what you're doing. Are there better Intel multi cores for that? Yes, but the 8350 is immediately cheaper than that i5 and frankly, it's better for the above reasons. I'm assuming the reduced price is welcome. What's your budget? And get a better cooler. The EVO is great, but for just $10 more you can get a cooler with better headroom. I'm using a $45 Be Quiet! Shadow Rock.. 3? Don't remember, but you get the point. You have options. OCing the FX chip will take you far.
Not sure about an good but super affordable FX compatible mobo. I'm using a Gigabyte 990FXA series board. It's amazing, but pricey ($160, $30 more expensive than the one you have selected) and the BIOS is bitchy. Gets the job done though.
I'm using the RAM you chose actually, solid kit. Just remember to enable the profile in the BIOS if your mobo needs it. You might find a cheaper kit, but I doubt it. And before anyone says it, you don't need 32GBs...
For the love of Azura, get a 250GB SSD and put your OS and editing programs on it. I would consider having an SSD a must, even in budget builds because they're so damn good.
Speaking of OS, you can get Win7 for just $45 at SoftwarePlaza. Don't spend $135 on that crap.
Get the Devastator keyboard/mouse bundle for $35, slash your current price in half. Unless you have the money then knock yourself out. I use the Devastator bundle. Bright LEDs, nice feeling buttons, membrane though. The mouse scroller will start squeaking after a year though. But hey, it's cheap.
Power supply seems fine. Could save money on the case. Plenty of good quality $50 ATX cases out there.
Why the mic? Headset should be fine, if you're looking to save money. I can't believe I'm saying this... But.. Turtle Beach... Just... Get a $30-$40 Turtle Beach at GameStop. I have one. The audio playback is lackluster but oh my god this thing has a solid mic. Great sensitivity, good noise reduction.
Now the elephant in the room... You need a better GPU. The 750ti is a great budget card but at 1080p gaming? And editing/rendering? That's gonna hurt... If you have to wait till you can get either a GTX 970 or a R9 390, do. It's worth it. And if you save money on the keyboard and mouse, case, headset, get the cheaper 8350, find a cheap FX mobo if you can, and save money on where you get the OS, you should be fine.
P.S. Imo silent computers are overrated. If you have music playing or games playing... Do you even notice it? And besides that, if your mic picks up your computer, it has shit noise cancellation. That or you own a jet engine, not a computer.
For the record, Be Quiet! products are actually quiet (silent even) if you care to look into buying one. Germans don't goof around with naming schemes.
Thank you for the suggestions on the build. My budget I am not so clear on but I definatly dont want to break 1500 but 1400 preferably. I want this mic because it has amazing audio quality and the regular headset mics just don't cut it for me. You also said a better gpu. I am open for suggestions on that so please give me a few so I am not lost. I am completly open for keyborad suggestions so thnx for tht. I am switching the case because I realized what I was buying was more than enough for me. I decided to keep the proccesor I don't usually go for different cpu's. I also want to know what ssd or what kind of ssd I should look for so I have a better Idea. Thank you so much for the feed back this will go a long way.
ps my monitor is a Acer H226HQL bid 21.5-Inch Widescreen LCD Monitor for 125.99
My advise on the GPU is to get a R9 390 or a GTX 970. Both are about $330, just shop around. Like I said, if it means you have to wait and save up more money, do. It's worth it. Which to get? The 970 technically has better performance in games. Or at least it can. They overclock like mad. But the 390 has twice the RAM, meaning new games coming that eat RAM like potato chips won't be RAM locked and editing software will benefit from the 390's RAM. So in that sense the390is better for your needs.
If you don't want to spend $330 you can drop down a price tier and get a GTX 960 or a R9 280. Buuuut... I wouldn't advise that. The extra money spent on a 970/390 will mean instantly better performance and more future proof. The 960 and 280 don't have much longevity left before games start tanking them (at max settings at least).
The Devastator bundle will save you ~$45 on keyboard/mouse and last a couple years. Mine is about 1.4 years old and the only problem is a sqeaky mouse wheel.
Edit: Oh, SSDs. Just a 250GB SATA SSD is fine. Other types, like those that go in pci x1 slots, are way better but literally 2-3 times as expensive. Kingston, ADATA, and Samsung are usually the best brands with the best prices. I'm forgetting a few brands, but I can't remember right now. 250GBs should be enough. 128GBs is just enough for your OS and all utilities like browser, anti virus, benchmark software, media player, etc. That's what I have right now and will be getting a 250GB SSD because that will give me room for Adobe Suite and other programs. Games, movies, music, put on the HDD.
I can highly recommend the ASRock Fatal1ty 990FX Killer AM3+, excellent board and reasonably priced.

Hmm. It's not the monster my 990FXA is but at least the OP wouldn't be spending $160 on an AMD mobo. If they decide to go AMD that is, which seems not the case. I would recommend it though. An FX chip is cheap enough and would last long enough to be worth getting it now till zen comes out and does whatever it's going to do to the market. Hopefully Intel is forced to drop prices, that'd be so nice
Thanks again tek elf your advice has given me a better computer and still kept the price under 1250 I am going to look for a keyboard locally. and I found the os for a way cheaper price and the reviews were good. and here is my updated list

Having an SSD isn't exactly essential and the money you're spending on it there would be much better spent on getting a better GPU IMO.
Like, seriously, drop that SSD and an R9 390's in reach. HUGE jump from a 960:
