I need as many SATA ports as possible and I need onboard video

How's 12?
I have that one in my amazon favorites and I want to get something like that in the future, but I already have an i3-2120 lying around that I'd be stupid not to use
The minimum I'd want is a Q-series chipset board for VPRO hardware remote desktop. I run a Jetway NF9A-Q67 for some time now, but they have a Q77 board too - all ITX with 6 sata ports. You can use the i3 with both of those but for VPRO you need an i5 unfortunately. There are no ITX LGA1155 boards with IPMI and 6 sata ports though. :(
Here's the Q77 one:

I think it's better to forgo ITX and use MATX. You get 4 DIMM slots with MATX so you can use Raid-Z2 with more than 15TB. The 16GB RAM limitation with 2 DIMM slots is not good.
I don't mind not having IPMI. But I've been thinking about maybe using a testbench with so I can fit up to an ATX or M-ATX motherboard and mounting drive cages in a bookshelf.
