I need opinions on this build

Hi, I have a 5-year-old computer that I've dealt with and, well, just need an upgrade.

I have a list of parts that I think would go good together to suit my needs,

gaming and editing video. What I need is opinions on whether or not this is a good build,

I'm very open-minded and open to suggestions.

But here's the thing, I have a $1900 budget. I'm also including my peripherals in this list, so feel free to tell me if they're good enough.

Here's the list:

So please tell me if this is good, or if I need to change things, thank you sooooooooo much.

Missing some peripherals, but I'm pretty sure if you add in the missing ones(webcam, cables, mouse, headset, card reader), you'll still be well within your budget.

i7-4770k.  Much faster than a FX-8350.

Noctua NH-D14.  Quiet and effective, with performance very similar to the H100i.

SLI & Crossfire capable motherboard. (if you ever want to add in another GPU)

16 gigs of 1866 RAM.  Faster RAM = lower rendering times.

128GB ADATA SSD & 1TB WD Blue.  Feel free to add more storage if needed.

Define R4 w/ window.  Quiet and effective.  I would take the NZXT H440 Red/Black, but it has no 5.25" drive bays.

80+ Gold 850W PSU.  In case you ever want to crossfire in the future, you have the extra juice to do so.

Simple ODD.  You can pop in a blue ray drive for around 50 bucks if you want.

Lower response time monitor.  The Dell S2240M is a great monitor, but some ghosting may occur with that 7ms response time.  This one is a bit quicker at 5ms.

Intel 7260.  Popular and very effective.

Thank you for the recommendation, I may consider that, but I'm still open to further suggestions
