hot or herbal teas (which i know isn't far off from coffee, but the taste is totally different) with milk. Then try using lemon for sweetening instead of sugar or artificial crap. Depending on the type of tea and flavors you could add cinnamon or hazelnut to the tea as well. Only other thing i use milk for is not drinking - but marinade for chicken before baking it. Really makes the white meant juicy!
We currently culture dairy milk using kefir. Great to drink, for breakfast with cereal, for pancakes with pancake mix, or dessert. Even for salad dressing.
You only buy it once, since it just creates more of itself over time, you can even share it after a while with others so that they can use it to culture dairy milk.
These are the flavors our local dairy offers (I have not tried them all) :
" Chocolate (always available), Strawberry, Banana, Orange Cream, Cookies and Cream, Root Beer, Cappuccino and Egg Nog. All flavored milk is made with whole milk."
Also there are lots of essential oil flavorings used in candy and baking. I've never tried it with milk but I imagine it would work and would not take much as these oils are STRONG.
