Hi, I just finished building my first pc. I have an ssd as a boot drive and a 1TB HDD for everything else. The problem is that my hdd doesn't appear as storage inWindows 8.1. Its pretty frustrating. I don't know what to do.
1. What HDD model is it?
2. Go into file explorer and right click on Computer - select Manage. Go to Storage>Disk Management. All of your hard drive information should pop up, including your SSD and HDD. If the HDD is there, you should be able to make a "volume" or new partition on it and assign a drive number to it.
