i need fans for my r4, i want quiet and better if they have red leds

I am currently using bitfenix spectre pro fans with blue LED's (120mm). I know they have them in red. they are not loud, but you can hear them are full RPM. However they do come with a 7 volt adapter and with that on you cannot hear them at all. They come in 120mm, 140mm, 200mm and 230mm. They even come with a way you can turn on and off the LEDs if you get one other their fan controllers. Hope this helps!
