so every time i try to make a call threw it it says problem with audio playback :P
Check your audio settings.
how do i do that? rember just getting into linux
The same way you check the audio settings in Skype on Windows.
whitch i never learned lol
I've ran into this problem in Ubuntu a few times. Mostly because it gives me a plethora of options. You need to click on Options in the bottom left corner, click on Sound Devices, Then choose the options that work for your computer. Here is a screenshot with the audio settings configured correctly. Note that they are all three the same thing.
Please note that when you first open Skype, the audio settings will not automatically configure themselves with your system. That is my experience anyway. Here you can see that they are all just set to default.
I hope you can get it working correctly.
the computer updated and it now works thanks for trying to help thow
No one would care honestly, privacy was exposed years ago, but that's something not a concern in this thread.
Glad you got it working.
You are wrong. I do.
