I am trying to set up my wacom cintiq (which has a vga output but has a dvi adapter) and my tv(hdmi). I had them running just fine before but I took my pc downstairs to dust it out and when I plugged everything back in, none of the displays worked. I have the wacom tablet unplugged now and the tv is working. I cant' figure it out. I have a MSI Radeon 7800 series card.
Does the tablet work on its own without the TV? You could try updating your video card driver. That might just solve the problem (although it won't be the cause).
I haven't but I thought about it, I'll give it a try.
So I'm and idiot if there ever was one. There is an input and an output on the tablet... I was accidentally using the output. Thank you for the suggestion it made me check the tablet itself.
If it's stupid and it works, it's not stupid. :)
