What is your budget for the video card?
Well what is your budget for a Graphics card?
350
350
I would say go for a gtx 770 or a 280x, whichever team you favor.
i would go with the 770. but they are almost 400 plus.
400 plus ehh? then whats this?

This should be good if you can stretch your budget by $10: http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/part/evga-video-card-02gp42771kr
i don't get my parts from newegg. i get it all from http://www.canadacomputers.com/. cheapest 770 the have is 389
that looks good
If you only want to order from Canada Computers you could get this GTX 760: http://www.canadacomputers.com/product_info.php?cPath=43_1200_557_559&item_id=061674
The cheapest GTX 770 (which you mentioned) is this: http://www.canadacomputers.com/product_info.php?cPath=43_1200_557_559&item_id=061098 and if you're willing to spend that much it's a better card with a good manufacturer.
I've been assuming you want an nVidia card. If you're willing to consider an AMD card, there is an R9 280x for $350 that trades blows with a GTX 770. I believe it also beats it when overclocked. http://www.canadacomputers.com/product_info.php?cPath=43_1200_557_558&item_id=064869
the 280x looks beast. but i'm a more of a navidia fan
That is what I figured, which is why I added it as an afterthought.
If you want to see a comparison between the GTX 760 and 770, here's some benchmarks to help you decide whether it's worth the extra amount: http://www.anandtech.com/bench/product/1038?vs=1037
i think i'm going with the 770 even if it does cost alittle more.
