I’m in a medical school and as I study in a hospital I take my notes on a clipboard so my notes are miss. I wanted to buy a surface pro 4 when i saw that i can record and write notes at same time ,but i’m still not sure so i want to take advice from you guys XD. Is there better option ??

What we'll need from you to give you sound advice is stuff like
- Budget
- Use cases both inside school and out (i.e. what do you want this laptop to do/what you need it to do)
- How small/light you want it to be.
For example, if I were in your situation and I were looking for a decent laptop to just take notes on, I'd grab an old Core 2 Duo business-grade laptop and use that, because I don't mind used stuff (I actually prefer it most of the time) and I'm not too bothered about the weight. I also find old business grade laptops to be built to far better standards of quality than the low-tier garbage that companies sell in droves.

Surface pro is probably your best bet here. You can hand write your note with the surface pen (which is great), or if you're sitting use the type cover to type with. The surface 4 is your best bet here as it made some really good enhancements over the 3 like magnetized pen that attaches to the side of the tablet and a much improved keyboard.
A con is a cost, but it's a sound investment. Many medical facilities are moving to these as they play nice with most EMR's and they're highly portable so you might as well get used to it now, haha. Typically if they don't use thin clients in the rooms they use surface pros at this point (if they have the money to spend.)

Buy a surface pro 3. The price is coming down alot now, plus linux development for the surface pro 3 is much farther along.
Thanks alot guys I found a used surface pro 4 cor i5 4Gb ram and 128 Gb ssd like new with the keyboard for 980$. I don't have many options since I live in the mideleast not many websites that ship to my county and buying a regular laptop will be useless I stand almost all day so all my the notes i wrote are done while standing and i wont do any heavy stuff on it just notes,small games like limbo ,and some youtube. Do you know any website that ship worldwide ?? Sorry for the trouble I caused XD

For then love of all that is meaty avoid lenovo. We got a notebook for a second PC in work and it came loaded with hot malware, good old lenovo, no autonpatch to remove it. Had to manually don't and it is still a mess of browser attacks. I can see it while loading pages hitting other websites.
It is also somehow slower than my 7+ year old. Athlon 64 dual core laptop. Fuck lenovo. I don't care if the thinkpads are still gods they are never getting a cent from me. Cannot trust them at all. Loading malware and then not taking it off. Good fucking job.
