I need help building my firstish PC

Hey guys I'm looking for a little insight into building my firstish PC. I've put them together before but never picked out the parts. I'll be gaming/programming with it. Mostly playing 4ish Eve clients at once so I'd like something that is able to handle that without too much issue, but also some shooters thrown in when that eventually gets boring. I'd like to be within the $500-$800 range. Here is the parts I have been looking at:

I have a harddrive already, just need the important parts. Also I'd prefer windows 7 unless someone can convince me windows 8 is the way to go. Peripherals are all taken care of just need help with the guts.

Other than getting a stronger gpu. Looks fine. 280 or 280x have been on sale recently. Win 8 does perform better than 7 plus the fact the microscum is looking to kill support for 7 as soon as possible.

This is what I suggest although it's abit more expensive it does include an ssd as a boot drive which will make things quicker,a wireless card and a better graphics card.
