I need help, any recommendations?

I've decided it's best to completely build a second pc after being unable to reasonably upgrade my too well balanced first. I will be re-using a few parts, but the main components will be new. I am having some trouble deciding on the power supply though. The system should only draw 414W and I currently have a Corsair CX430, however I'd like to overclock (will be my first time). Is my current power supply enough even for non-OC? or should I get a power supply up around 600W? Do you have any other recommendations?

Here's the parts list (re-used parts will be marked):

Yeah you need at least a 500w but id go with 600watts

You could buy an R9 270 instead of a 270x and then overclock the 270 since the only real difference between the two is the clock speed.

No point getting a 6350 just get a 6300 and overclock it. Also a 1TB WD Blue only costs a slight bit more

Basically everything here, but into one pcpartpicker link.

I also changed out your motherboard to one of a much, much better quality.  The cheap MSI AM3+ motherboards are garbage, and overclocking will stress the board.

Here's a bronze rated 600W supply that's on offer for $45 from newegg, this might be suitable for you.
