I Need constructive criticism on this build

I will mostly be using it for gaming and will be building in the next few weeks. I wishlisted all the parts.

I would prefer a better motherboard. If on budget the asus m5a97 evo r2.0 or gigabyte ga-970a-ud3p. Or a 990fx motherboard if you can afford it.

Also a better power supply.  550-650w choose brands from Antec, Coolermaster V series, Corsair (not CX or CS series), Seasonic or XFX

I would look for a different psu, I don't believe that one is even 80 plus certified. 

the motherboard is a weak spot but as long as you don't plan to do OCing its should be fine.

Just so you know.

That motherboard should handle overclocking just fine with a 8+2 power phase design.

I would get the cheaper Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3P, and then hop up to the FX-8320 or FX-8350.  Also pick up a cheap aftermarket cooler like the Hyper 212 Evo since the stock AMD coolers are pathetic.
