I need cheap very good Gaming builds PLZ!

I am new to gaming pc and a newbie. I am 13 and so far a console gamer but my Xbox has been scratching the fuck out of my games and is "broken" so I am deciding to sell it and transfer to PC or fix it and stay. And I AM going to change, PC looks so much better. I have never built a PC but my Uncle is engaged and his fiance has a sister who has a job and career about computers like software and building one so I do have some help, and my Uncle works for a company that uses computers daily for thier everday tasks so he is also knowing of it. But niether of them have built a GAMING computer. So I need help with the build of my future build!

Now I only need a simple gaming PC that I NEED a setup that is as cheap as you can get but have the best performance for the price! So try to stay $300 to $600 with OS included. I want all modern parts.

What I am looking for in this PC is be able to play games such as Guild Wars 2, Skyrim, Minecraft, Diablo III with 40+ frames atleast on 720p. So please list the pieces you recomend, thier price, and detials why you picked certian pieces. I am new to this and any help will be very helpfull.

Thx- Luke

this is also a very awesome build since this is a apu u can take away the gpu but i just put it in their cause you had extra money left over but if u take it away its under
$300

no probs man, nice build but i would bump up the gpu to say a 7850, that would totaly be the sweet spot for amd gpu's

wasnt there a "cheap ass gaming build" video recently?

thx guys, i did get shit tons of money for christmas and I am thinking of selling all my xbox stuff, because i went to my local game store and "trading in" everything would get me like 355 dollars! But i still need to look at ur suggestions :P

well once you have looked dude, if there's anything your unsure about ask away, also to clarify your budget do you want max out the $600 or try and stay as close to the $300 mark as pos? as this info would radicaly alter what we would pontentaly suggest for you

Um, staying closest to 3OO would be best, but I uderstand adding a hundred dollars or two hundred could really enhance my preformance so I would try to stay in the 5OO range. And if you enclude anything like OS or Keyboard and mouse would be helpful but probaly take away the part budget. So do as you wish! Also is it true that with low budget rigs the graphics card is the most important part? If so wich cards would be best for a budget build?

Hmmm considered a steam box?
