I need some help I’m having a hard time finding what we’re looking for. I would like to find a managed switch that has at least 48 gigabit ports on it, would like some to be configurable as POE. but the most important part it needs some 10GB MiniGBIC/SFP ports that i can use to go from my enterprise grade router and also give my server a faster uplink to the network. Not really dealing with a price range but would love under $1500, I mainly just need to know whats out there. (I don’t want to but I could settle for less gigabit ports as long as there is enough SFP to link multiple switches when we expand the back building, and POE is preferred but i can add that in later if i need to) is someone willing to help me figure out what I’m doing (and possibly the cheap way) xD It would help out a lot.
Not sure how much these costs, but it sounds like what you're looking for https://www.ubnt.com/edgemax/edgeswitch/

Ubiquiti make some good equipment, I've considered using them for several projects. In terms of that budget, you could get pretty much any gear from Netgear (But as the saying goes, network engineers don't let people by Netgear).
What equipment do you currently use? I tend to stick with a single vendor environment - I'm primarily a Cisco guy, so I'm kind of biassed. If possible, would you want to stick with the same vendor?
