I need a PCIe capture card

I want to capture video off my consoles (RCA as well as HDMI) and off of computers (DVI, VGA, DisplayPort, HDMI). Is there a good card that I could plop in my mac pro (running 10.11.6) to record off of sattelite units. I only know the name Hauppauge and that I can use external PVR's. I would like ta have no latency and when I get around to it I will only have probably 200 bucks to throw at this card.

Edit: Is it possible to have video go into the capture card and back out to the separate display? (IE console into the card and back out to the TV?)

you will want to look at the Black Magic Design Capture cards. It has the video out option you need along with HDMI capture along with analog capture.
