I need the absolute best $600 build. I have no preference on hardware, I just need the absolute best for $600. 

SSD is preferred.

Unfortunately an SSD isn't really doable in this price range. Kick up your budget by another $100 or so and you could get a 256 GB one though.

I think you can go for Morgoth780s build now and get an SSD later on. But it is REALLY important you do. Don't fall into this "Oh, I'll get more RAM later on"-mentality and never do it (I have seen it too many times..) . An SSD boosts up your PC soo much.
