Why aren't there any 5:4 or 4:3 ratio monitors bigger than 19 inches? I want more screen space, but a large wide screen monitor or 2 screens wouldn't fit my workspace very well. I know I'm in the stone ages here, but come on. Am I the only one looking for this?
It's a niche market. Not many people want or need them, so they don't manufacture many any more. That said, you can still find them if you look. Eizo has a couple 21" 1600x1200 monitors:

Also keep in mind that because of the aspect ratio difference, a 21" 4:3 monitor has the same panel height and vertical resolution as a 24" 16:10 monitor. So it's bigger than you might think.
You could just throw a 1440p Monitor into portrait mode. the LG ultra wide can be split into 2 5:4 screens.
