...is that okay? I have the OS installed on a custom-built computer (my brother) 10 miles away from where I live, so basically its "out of network" meaning these 2 computers are not in the same house. I search microsoft for answers and I found this article. I guess what I'm asking also is if it's ok to use the activation key more than once on 2 different computers.
Optional Question: The HDD or O.S that came with my hp stop working but before that happen I was watching a movie in Hulu desktop then suddenly there is this massive lag (comp spec: Intel 2.4Ghz Quad / 3Gb RAM / 8800GT) so I tried to reboot but it wouldn't, waited like half an hour before I manually pull the plug and when I start it back up again it shows the "Your comp is not properly shut down" message etc so I choose Normal Start w/e, after about 5 seconds it would come back to the same message, I did this plenty of times before I hit the Fix w/e so it took me to the setup thingie the same way when you gonna reformat or repair computer but somehow it says OS: Unknown. It use to say Vista Ultimate, I can't fix or reformat if there is no OS... 
So what's up? any knowledgeable person out there, any insight would be much appreciated.
