Read the MSDS for it and do what it says. Also, what brand of coolant?

I'm not a doctor, but I'd suggest washing it.

Also, stop using corrosive coolants.

Axe - chop it off before you become the walking dead.
..... Just wash it off as soon as possible. One would have to be pretty daft to not wash off a substance that is causing pain. It would be no worse than any glycol based car coolant. I suppose if you have continued irritation see a doctor.

Ummm...wow. Water is the best coolant, even the coolant in cars is mostly water, just with additives to stop corrosion. Why weren't you using distilled water?

well it should not be a problem, unless you have a Contact dermatitis.
You could go and see a doctor, he might give you some ointment for it.

Oh I wasn't having a go at your spelling it was more a "lol" about the whole go to the doctor for some cream thing..

There's a herpes joke in there somewhere I'm sure! >8)

Water is the universal solvent. Keep it under the faucet for like 10 minutes. Read the MSDS on the bottle and see what it says.

Messing with corrosives you should always wear proper PPE. I sound like a HSE guy on my workover unit >.>
