I have a 3gc Steelseries controller and the rumble does not worked on modern windows 11/10
The official Driver stopped receiving updates and is no longer hosted on Steelseries website.
Even if you can get the driver and install it half of settings screens crash soon after launching. Nothing wrong with the controller physically, I guess Steelseries supports making more E-Waste.

And of course what’s really dumb about that is there IS a standard for controllers under Windows: Xinput. sigh
