I got a new to me Supermicro Motherboard and i'm trying to use IPMI, but i'm having issues

My IPMI screen is rotated 90 degrees for some reason, cutting off pertinent info that I need to be able to navigate menus and whatnot.

I’m using a X9DRI-LN4F+, with 2x16gb ddr3 RDIMMS, 1 e5-2690 cpu, and no GPU.

How would I go about rotating the IPMI screen back to a normal orientation?

I see you’re using some type of portable device to access the IPMI page. Try a simple, standard desktop instead. Your issue might be b/c the mobile device thinks it’s oriented different to what you actually see. This could very well be an issue of your mobile device.

I’ve had to use my phone as a display to get to see the whole screen.
Really, the best method i found is setting up the serial console and just use the terminal.

ipmitool -I lanplus -H $ADDRESS -U $USER -P $PASSWORD sol activate

You can install most OSes that way.
