Do you have a budget for said upgrades? Because I'd say just grab a 390 and you'd be set
If you want to change up your case's form factor get a HAF XB Evo, it's a fairly neat case design
240gb SSDs are down to near 80 on some sales, so not too much cash to grab one, just make sure it's one that does 500 on the read/writes mushkin ones seem to be decent

Still need to know how much you want to spend on these upgrades if it's a few hundered get a Utech venus, some nice headphones and maybe a 240gb SSD
Otherwise go for a 390 and get a 1440p korean monitor
your cpu is still fine for gaming.
Your GPU starts to become a bit dated for newer games.
i would upgrade the gpu, and an SSD maybe.
R9-390 / GTX970 + samsung 850 evo ssd, or something similar.
Do you even need to upgrade? It seems that you just want to upgrade for the sake of upgrading. If you feel like everything still runs fine, you can just save the money.
670 could use an upgrade unless if it's the 4gb version then eh? It really depends on the games you play.
