I eat Mac-pros for breakfast

Pictures arranged in no particular order. Ain't nobody got time fo dat.
In the second picture, you can see on the table my previous system. in the Tiny tiny Lian-li case that got me hooked on the brushed aluminium look.

Specs :
CASE: Inwin 904
CPU: 5820K - not overclocked yet. Cooled with arctic i11. secret plans to watercool sub-ambient in the future
Motherboard: MSI x99A-sli krait edition Dat black and white colour scheme :)
GPU: Gigabyte Radeon HD 7950 < bought used 175 CAD
PSU: Corsair AX850
RAM: 32 gigs Crucial ballistix sport 4x 8gb

OCZ Triton 100 240gb SSD
2X HGST ultrastar 3TB

It only bothers me that you have the most beautiful case in the world and have filled it with the biggest miss match of ugly (but perfectly serviceable) hardware

Hahahaha. You don't like the Krait Edition?

Obviously this is subjective XD

personally i think a nice asus x99 deluxe (has white plastic shrouding over IO) would look really clean, i find this one too much inconsistent with its white and black almost patchy

The massive sticker on your cooler or fan is a big nononononoononono! take it off XD

and the random noctua fan at the rear needs to be changed to a nice black and white corsair af 120/140

and dem cables are outta control XD maybe consider braided extensions?

Below is a relatively old photo of my build, with a similar colour scheme, and the Asus mobo I suggested

Think nice braided cables and consistent fans would go a long way as I don't expect you to change all your hardware because some random person online XD

My cables do look not great, I'll grant you that for sure, but there definitely isn't room for extensions in this case. I'll get back to this thread on this.

I'll pull this sticker off, and get back to you on that one:p

I'll paint the noctua. But it stays. Its a 90mm fan hole. :(

The asus motherboard is like 100$ more. but I did seriously consider it.

Thanks for the feedback! I like your build!

My future plans are a bit crazy. I have a bunch of pelitier modules. 4 of part no. Tec1-12710. My plan is to entirely seal the case(one of the reasons I picked one with only two fan holes) and put those 4 peltiers sandwitched between two waterblocks https://s1.bukalapak.com/img/3/7/2/6/6/0/1/6/large/IMG_20150609_054923_-1806131179.jpg

Along with a radiator on the cold side. (inside the case) By cooling the whole case below ambient, I should be able to deal with the condensation issues that normally arise (because the motherboard and CPU will be warmer than the new 'ambient' ) air. The moisture in the internal air should condense in the radiator. Then I'll have it drop onto a sponge. The hot side water will be pumped out to either another case with a 520mm rad, or outside. (I havent quite worked out these details yet)

Yeah, i thought afterwards that actually extensions probably would fit in that case, maybe modular PSU in the future if you ever need to upgrade, ha sorry sticker was bothering me XD, oh I did think it looked like a 90mm :/ bit inconvenient. Your welcome, for me its just aesthetic ittle things overal all great hardware! and dat case! :0

thanks :)

That is a modular PSU :( Is there a way I can buy replacement cables that are braided? (in Canada)

oh sorry didnt notice it was a corsair!

Yes no problem, just go onto the corsair website and they will show you which ones are suitable for yours!

can get them much cheaper on other sites than direct form corsair though!

You have the worst cable management Ive ever seen it made me cry...

[TRIGGER WARNING]

^ That's my first buid, I think I've come a long way :p
In all seriousness though, I'm open to suggestions on the cable management. Keeping in mind there isnt much space behind the motherboard at all, I'm thinking of fabricating a plate to hide cables?
