I can load anything google, update kaspersky, and league of legends... Nothing else

I'm kind of a noob when it comes to things like this, but basically my situation is that I can't load web pages. I've tried using diffe firefox IE wouldn't respond), restarting my computer (andrent browsers (chrome and network adapter), pinging random websites without a response, and I know it wouldn't really help but I did a vulnerability scan with Kaspersky. 

Additional side notes: Steam loads 50% of the time, sometimes webpages load but just one page (as in hyperlinks don't work) 

All of these things lead me to believe that it is some sort or 'local' issue because all of the other computers connected to the router work fine. 

Sorry if this is in the wrong spot i didn't know where to put it.

Make sure your not set to a proxy server and make sure your DNS hasn't been changed(unless you network was manual setup). Also scan for malware if you have not i suggest the Malwarebytes anti malware

make sure your router does not have some weird port blocking and that your firewalls are set up properly.

Thanks, everything is better now I ended up getting Malwarebytes and it found something called search conduit (I had read that it hijacks your web browser).
