Hey i am builing a pc to be able to play games on hi to ultra setting in 1080p or 720p and recordthem. My buget is $700. The games i want t record are mostly fps game like cod battlefield and minecraft. If there is anthing that you could tweek to make better please respond.

You're going to have trouble with that GPU, save up another $80 and get a 7870

And you only need 8GB of ram for gaming.

Thank you, i wil look into a differnet GPU. On the ram I am looking into starting to record and post gameplay and more ram helps me render faster and i can run more programs at once with more ram.

I have had a broken RAM stick for a while and I have been rendering 50GB files with only 4gbs of single channel memory. 16gb is unnecessary for gaming/recording unless you plan on doing heavy editing in AE. Use 8gb of ram and buy a better GPU

You'll need a better powersupply than that unless you want your house on fire and 16GB won't be able to be utilised in rendering/recording with a 650.  This build will let you render really fast and record with out much FPS drop, and when you aren't recording and just playing games you should be able to get 60+ FPS on any game high-ultra settings.
