I am building a new gaming PC, Need Help

hello, so recently my gaming pc that i built a while ago (specs on my profile) has been lacking with all these new games coming out (metro last light) and i fear it wont be able to handle the games that come out for the new PS4 and Xbox One (GTA V, Battlefield 4) so i decided to build a new computer and i need help picking out parts that have the best bang for buck. i also will like to run 3 monitors in the near future. i would like it to be amd if possible (amd 8350). i amlooking at around 1000$ to spend but if it is worth it i can move like to 1200 max.

 ----------------------------------------UPDATE-------------------------------------------------

i am not using any parts from my old pc, so please include all parts required

thanks in advanced -kevin

Get this while it's cheap!

This rig will be better for OCing and contains a much better PSU, it has a 6350 instead of an 8350, but those two extra cores won't help you out that much in gaming yet, and if you really want to make up the difference, you can do so through OCing. I also added extra fans and thermal paste to the build, everyone always seems to forget to add those.

I dont have a cd drive but if you need one you can get a cheaper psu, evga has a nice 750w for $70. if you dont mind having a slower gpu you could fit a ssd in this build ( http://pcpartpicker.com/p/1ne1e )or if you want to add an ssd later you could get:http://www.amazon.com/dp/B007RHT4K6/?tag=pcpapi-20
