I am building a High gaming for 2300 i need it to be in a red white and blue for a promotion this will be used for gta 5 total war games and call of duty at 1440p I don't know were to start i can build it i just need the parts

Need to be more specific champ.
- need the monitor?
- storage needs?
- perfs?
- OS?
- country and/or preferred vendors?

i am in the usa i have a copy of windows and i have a monitor and gaming mouse i just need the desktop

and i dont care 2 much were it comes from newegg or amazon would be better though
