I feel like this is a rare thing for someone to be asking about but I figured I would try anyways. My main rig has 2 ethernet ports and so I figured why not connect my laptop via an ethernet connection right on my desk without having to worry about running another cable across my apartment. The Internet Connection Sharing protocol for Windows makes this possible and since both computers are running WIN 10 Enterprise Voila! Now comes the difficult part, I want to host a server on the laptop that is connected to my main rig, however the situation with that is strange, the Laptop connected through the main rig doesn't quite "see" the router in my home network. It instead sees my Main rig and a version of the internet through it. My question is, is there some way for me to configure my main rig so that the server can successfully be broadcast the server through the ICS connection?
Instead of using ICS just bridge the two connections instead, then the laptop will be on the same network as the router.

Like @Dexter_Kane said just bridge the connectins.
ICS just shares a connection. The ICS device is not on the network properly
You could make it work but you'd have to mess around with static routes and bridging is just a whole lot easier.
Hahaha Thanks! I guess I was trying to do it the hard way. Thanks a ton I'm sure I can get it working now!
