Hyper Evo 212 performance in a smaller form factor?

Hello, I am looking for a cooler that has similar performance to the 212 Evo but with a smaller size. I am looking for something that cools well and runs quite. I have a AMD FX processor and an M5A97 R2.0 mobo. The case I have is the Rosewill Blackhawk. I have not been able to find anything so far, your help would be very appreciated.

Sorry, I saw what case you have. You should have plenty of room for a Hyper 212... there is no reason to go for a smaller cooler....

Here are some if you have less than 25 bucks may be a few degrees warmer than the 212 evo.

I think the Cryorig H7 fits that discription, as well as the Thermalright True Spirit 120M.
