I'm planning to build a red themed PC. For my motherboard im going with the MSI Gaming 970, for the ram I want to go with the G.Skill RipjawsZ 8GB DDR3-1600 CLG kit. Also I wanted a oc fx-6300 in it, so I thought it would be a good idea to invest in a CPU-cooler. But im worried that the cooler might interfere with the high RAM. And I'm not certain if I should pick the Hyper 412s or the Kotetsu. From the benchmarks I looked at the Kotetsu seems cooler and the Hyper 412s seems quieter. If anyone could give me some advice that would be great. :)
The Scythe Kotetsu is a very nice cooler in a reasonably sized package. The fan that it comes with can go down to 400 RPM so if properly controlled by the motherboard then it will also be very quiet on regular system load, where it tends to matter the most.
Well I want to build this PC for gaming, but ofcourse I'm gonna do schoolwork on it as well. And maybe I want to start doing some youtube stuffs as well in the future. And the budget for the whole PC is around 700 euro. But I don't mind spending a little more if necessary.
