I plan on picking one up over my christmas break to replace my stock cooler for my i7 2700k as my it runs hot at fullload with no overclock. What fan should I get to set up a push pull. I also want to make sure it will fit in my case. I have a corsair 200r and 2 sticks of corsair vengence lowprofile memory.
Wats your budget for a CPU cooler?
Coolermaster supplies a fan with the clips already attached (it's pretty decent), so i mean you could snag one of those.
If you want to replace both of them the following fans are pretty swell:
Noctua p12s (or whatever they've made to replace these)
Anything from be quiet!
I don't want to spend more than $50 for a cooler, extra fan, and better thermal paste.
Think I am going to go with this in a push pull set up. This should fit in my corsair 200r.

Hyper 212 EVO comes with thermal paste, I've got one.
Thank you, I don't know alot about thermal paste.
The stuff that comes with it is not very good.
Yes, you can purchase better paste than Cooler Master supplies but don’t think Cooler Master’s paste is not quality paste. I have all Cooler Master CPU coolers and use the supplied paste and have never had a single problem with overheating. Just saying.
