is there a big cooling difference between these two? how big is the difference in terms of cooling performance? is the +5-10$ worth it in your opinion? 

can i overclock my 760k with it? i will also be getting 4 cougar turbine 120mm fan cases (http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835553009) on this cougar solution case http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811553003

About 2-3c difference.  I got my 212+ for 25 bucks when the 212 evo was $35.  If it's only 2-4$ difference, I would go for the evo, but the plus works just fine.

You'll be able to overclock your 760k with it.
