I know nothing about how to turn a pc into a media center/dvr to replace my cablebox dvr needs to run on 2 tv's in different rooms of my house can someone please help me out
I do not know how to turn you PC into a DVR, I just download the TV shows from torrents after they air.
If you want to stream to multiple TVs then I would set up a PC as a file server and buy a couple of media streamer boxes and stream from the PC file server
